ALL PICK UPS ARE SCHEDULED BETWEEN 2:30PM AND 4:00PM. All units are to be returned by noon. Please plan on being here for approximately one hour upon pick-up and return. Please note if your pop-up comes back early we will do everything in our power to get your demo done earlier if we can.
Returning your camper- All campers are due by noon. All campers must be cleaned prior to returning or a cleaning charge of a minimum of 112.00 will be charged. This means: stove, cabinets, counter tops, shower, floor and or porta potties must be cleaned (not just swept out). If the outside is extremely dirty please rinse off prior to returning. You do not have to fill the propane bottles we will take care of that for you. If you run out of propane (usually only in cold months) do not exchange our bottles (ours are white) we do not except exchanges please go to a facility that fills the existing bottle on camper.
Should you encounter a problem or an accident please call us immediately so that we can get parts ordered so that there is no delay in the next rental.
YOUR HITCH AND WIRING MUST BE IN WORKING ORDER:
If you have questions or concerns regarding your hitch or wiring, please contact us a week or so prior to make necessary changes or repairs. All of our pop-up connection are a 7 blade connection. If your vehicle has a 4 flat you can purchase an adapter for around 25.00 which we do carry in stock.
Should we have to make adjustments or repairs to your vehicle or hitch there will be charges from the service department for those repairs. Keep in mind camping season is peak season and our techs are not always readily available so you may have a delay in your trip.
Absolutley NO DROP OFFS- You are responsible for the opening of the unit upon return. Please again plan on being here for about one hour. If you are not present at drop off and/or you do not open the unit yourself your deposit will be in jeopardy. You are responsible for damages incurred prior to it being checked in . In the past we have allowed drop offs, due to past problems we can no longer allow this to be done. We also have limited room up front due to a new program that has started at Arts RV.
If you would like printed instructions to take along with you please ask the counter or you may pull them up from our website. Go to the guidelines and click on it and directions will come up, you can read from your phone (if service is available) or print them and bring with you.
After your camper is checked in and paper work returned to front office your deposit check will be processed usually the following Friday. If any problem has occurred in your return your deposit will not be refunded until all fees have been processed (in peak season this could take apx. 2-3 weeks).
